communities of any city; the Black community, the pre-
dominately White area, the Mexican American C

FASCISM
Fascism is the open terrorist dictatorship of the most
reactionary, most chauvinistic (racist) and most im-
perialist elements of finance capital, It does not stand
above both classes - the proletariat and the bourgeoisie,
nor is ir super-class fovernment, nor government of the
petty-bourgeoisie or the lumpen proletariat over finance
capital, Fascism ts the power of finance capital itself,
FINANCE CAPITAL manifests Itself not only banks,
trusts, and monopolys, but also as the human property
of FINANCE CAPITAL - the avaricious businessman,
the emagogic politician, and the racist pig cop,
FASCISM is the organization of terrorist vengence
against the working class, and the revolutionary
of the peasantry and intelligentsia

of over 25,000 armed civilians de-

with each passing day,
The introduction of British
troops into the struggle will raise
some interesting problems. Wil-
som will want desperately to tread
oa “middle grow nd," bat there
is no middle ground in Ulster,
The claim of the British Prime
Minister that troops will be used
to guard vital installations, aad
will not participate directly in the
struggle, is patem nonsense, E-
ven if they are restricted to guard
duty-~and they will not he--they
are still participating by releasing
armed police from this task to be
used against the people. A partic-
ular problem which Wilson will
face is the fact that Ulster Pro-
testants will not welcome the in-
trusion of British troops.
The Deblin government which

important concessions which will
make for a far-reaching qualita~
